Master Your Inner Game-Achieve Outer Success

I’ve had periods in my career when I have been sprinting full speed and accomplished a great deal…

I’ve also had seasons when I have been fairly lazy and coasted on my previous effort.

What I have learned is that I am the major obstruction to getting results.

Whether external conditions are favourable or unfavourable makes less difference than whether I am fully engaged and consistent.

Even in competitive fields, the competition is primarily within yourself.

I learned this firsthand a few years ago when launching my coaching programs. Feeling overwhelmed by the saturated market, I fixated on competitors, leading to inconsistent effort and a stalled launch.

The turning point came when I shifted my focus inward, reconnecting with my passion for helping others overcome their internal barriers.

I rediscovered my WHY.

I concentrated on refining my unique approach and dialing into my niche.

I committed to small, daily actions – content creation, client outreach, and program refinement based on my values and client needs.

The key lesson:

Focus on your inner game.

External conditions always vary, but your engagement and consistency are yours to control.

Try this:

Identify Your Internal Obstacles: What hinders your consistent engagement? (fear, perfectionism, lack of clarity).

Embrace Small, Consistent Actions: Break down goals into manageable steps and commit to daily progress, no matter how small.

My biggest successes, and those of my clients, aren’t derived from perfect external navigation, but from mastering our inner world and maintaining consistent engagement.

If you need some help dialing into your inner world, let's talk!
